Welcome to Cabochon-Jewelers.com. We are Ed & Lisa Estlow, two people in love with elegance - and each other! Lisa is a business professional who has been interested in fine jewelry for her entire adult life. Ed is an engineer who is fascinated by things bright, shiny, and mechanical.

Lisa has a keen eye for fashion, style, and color. Ed is amazed at how she always KNOWS what’s going to be 'in' next season. She keeps calling them right, year after year!

Ed is a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Accredited Jewelry Professional and Diamonds Graduate, and will earn his Graduate Gemologist diploma in 2008. He's also a Certified Horologist (one who studies the measurement of time) and handles our store’s watch repair services.

In the spring of 2001 we took our complimentary interests and formed Cabochon Jewelers. We work with our clients on a one-to-one basis from our store in Eden Prairie, MN. This website is the latest extension of our efforts to provide you with unique jewelry and accessories that will accentuate your best self – for work and for play!
